All the files presented below are made available for free download for individual use. The files may be distributed to further individuals only exactly as packaged, and must retain all additional documentation, disclaimers and copyright statements. They may not be stored in any file repository or redistributed or otherwise made available to the general public by any means without written permission from the author. Whilst the information in any data files is believed to be correct, no warranty of accuracy is given. No responsibility can be taken for any errors or omissions. Application of these files is entirely at the users' risk.

Map overlay files for Palmtop Software's Routeplanner and Streetplanner

Whilst acknowledging Palmtop's assistance in making public the data formats of these files, enabling third parties to create their own utilities and compatible data, copyright is expressly retained in the files themselves. For details on the technicalities of Streetplanner and Routeplanner files see Palmtop's own page on the subject.

Please note - the overlays in this first set are geographically accurate (having been generated from actual map location data), thus marking the location correctly in Streetplanner. Routeplanner's maps are slightly different in nature, being more topological and not 100% geographically correct, and these overlays may present misleading representations at high zoom factors.
